TreeTime.ca Rebate
NEW PILOT PROJECT BEING OFFERED
The WIWD will be running a pilot project for a secondary tree program for spring plantings. In addition to the annual Community Tree Nursery program, the WIWD will be offering an $80.00 rebate to WIWD residents who purchase trees through TreeTime.ca.

Step 1: Order your trees from TreeTime.ca in November of 2024
- There is a wide selection of varieties to choose from, with lots of fruiting varieties available. *Ensure the variety is suited for your area; plant hardiness for the WIWD is Zone 3a*
- You choose your delivery date, and your order is shipped directly to you (or your P.O. box) in the spring of 2025.
Step 2: Wait for your trees to arrive… Be sure to keep your delivery slip. This is integral to completing your rebate form.
Step 3: Plant your trees!
Step 4: Fill out the TreeTime Rebate Form (available spring 2025). Submit your completed rebate form, along with a copy of the RECEIPT & PACKING SLIP that comes with your order, to the WIWD office via mail, fax, email or in-person.
Terms & Conditions
- Trees must be ordered through TreeTime.ca between November 1st, 2024 and June 30th, 2025.
- Planting location must be within the West Interlake Watershed District (WIWD) boundaries.
- Completed rebate form, accompanied by a copy of the RECEIPT, and PACKING SLIP (will be received with your order of trees when delivered, stating what trees were packaged and delivered) must be submitted to the WIWD to receive the rebate.
- The WIWD will issue a rebate up to a maximum $80.00 for trees/shrubs purchased through TreeTime.ca, covering the cost of the trees/shrubs and any applicable PST, will not cover any additional costs such as shipping. The WIWD will issue and mail a cheque in the amount of the corresponding rebate to successful applicants (ensure your mailing address provided is complete and accurate).
- Limit of one (1) TreeTime rebate per household/resident per year. (Applicants are eligible even if they have participated in other WIWD programming.) (Businesses are not eligible.)
- Rebates to be distributed on a first come first serve basis. Program is subject to available funds, and may be discontinued without notice.
